✦ Zeymo AI

Meet Zed. The AI that has
actually read your books.

Ask about your sales, your stock, your receivables, your production — Zed answers from your live data, in seconds, and shows its work. Not a demo. Not a wrapper. Working hours, given back.

Zed answering 'Which items are low on stock and need reordering?' with a live table, a reorder recommendation and follow-up questions — one Inventory agent contributed

A real answer: live stock levels, a reorder recommendation, and the agent that did the work — “1 agent contributed (Inventory)” — with follow-ups ready.

Why it’s not just talk

Under the hood: real agents, not autocomplete

Every question runs a genuine agentic pipeline — the same architecture serious AI systems use — over your tenant’s APIs.

1
Understand & route
Zed reads the question (and any attached file), extracts the date range, and picks the right specialists — several at once for a multi-part question.
2
Specialists work in parallel
Eight domain agents — sales, inventory, finance, manufacturing, HR, drafting, documents, reports — each run in their own isolated session.
3
They work the system
Agents chain real API calls: resolve the customer’s name, fetch that customer’s sales, pull the ageing — the same permissioned endpoints your team uses.
4
One answer, one voice
Contributions merge into a single response with follow-up suggestions — and a note showing which agents did the work.
Eight specialists

Ask across the whole business

Sales
Customer and product rankings, sales reports, funnel, rep performance, field visits.
“Who are my best customers this quarter?”
“How are my salesmen doing against target?”
Inventory
Low stock, per-warehouse breakdowns, expiring batches, full lot traceability, price trends.
“What needs reordering?”
“Track batch B-00123 for me.”
Finance
P&L, balance sheet, aged receivables & payables, any account’s statement, health metrics.
“Who owes us money, and how overdue?”
“How is our financial health trending?”
Manufacturing
Planned-vs-actual cost and hours, efficiency, per-run unit costs, recipe consumption.
“What’s our production cost variance?”
“Did the last runs match the recipe?”
HR
Attendance and overtime, payroll summaries, per-employee lookups, upcoming events.
“How’s attendance this month?”
“Any contracts expiring soon?”
Drafting
Prepares sales orders, purchase orders and expenses as drafts. You review, you post.
“Draft a sales order for Cedar Home — same as last time.”
Documents
Reads an uploaded document, detects the type, matches suppliers, products and units, and seeds a draft.
“Extract this invoice.”
Reports
Finds the right report, fills its parameters and schedules delivery — from a sentence.
“Send the P&L to my inbox every Monday.”
Watch Zed work

Five conversations, start to finish

Watch the whole exchange — the question typed, the answer, and the follow-up. Simulated on demo data, but every question, table and guardrail works exactly like this on your tenant.

Animated chat: typing 'Who owes us money, and how overdue?' — Zed replies with a ranked ageing table, then the follow-up chip pulls Westline's payment history
Receivables, then the follow-up — payment history without leaving the chat.
Animated chat: yesterday's revenue and salesmen versus target from two agents, then a follow-up drills into Lena's field visits
Two agents on the daily pulse — then straight into a rep’s field visits.
Animated chat: an attached invoice is extracted into a matched draft, then a follow-up compares the prices to your purchase history
Invoice in, draft out — then a price check against your own history.
Animated chat: asking when paint will run out — Zed projects the stock-out date from consumption, then drafts the purchase order on request
A stock-out predicted from real consumption — and the PO drafted on request.
Animated chat: asking which customers are at risk — Zed ranks health scores, then explains exactly what changed at one customer
Churn risk, scored — then the story behind one customer’s decline.
Every morning, unprompted

The 7:00 briefing

Zed opens your day with a briefing built from your tenant overnight — before you’ve asked anything:

  • Items running low on stock
  • Batches expiring in the next 7 days
  • Overdue invoices that need chasing
  • Yesterday’s revenue vs the same day last week
Looking ahead, honestly

Predictions you can audit

Zed projects from your real consumption and payment behavior — transparent arithmetic, not a black box:

  • Predicted reorder dates and days-before-stockout, from rolling consumption
  • Customer replenishment alerts — who is due to order again, and when
  • Churn-risk and 0–100 health scores from payment delay and order patterns
  • Every metric with healthy / warning / critical thresholds and its trend
Serious hours, not vibes

The ROI is just arithmetic

Every one of these is a task someone in your office does today, by hand. Add up what they cost.

Guardrails

Powerful, and on a leash

Never posts on its own. Drafts are previews; a human approves every transaction.
Your data only. Answers come from your tenant’s permissioned APIs — nowhere else.
Stays on topic. Off-topic questions are declined, not improvised.
Shows its work. Every answer names the agents that contributed.
Questions

Zed, honestly

Can Zed change my data?

No — not on its own, ever. Zed can prepare drafts (a sales order, a purchase order, an expense) but every one of them is a preview that a human reviews and posts. Questions are read-only.

Where do the answers come from?

From your own tenant, through the same APIs the rest of Zeymo uses — your sales, stock, ledger, production and HR data. Zed doesn’t answer from general knowledge, and it declines questions outside your business data.

Is Zed an extra cost?

No. Zed is included in every Zeymo One plan, starting with Essentials at $99/month — unlimited users, so everyone on the team can ask.

Does Zed forecast the future?

It projects — honestly. Reorder dates and days-before-stockout come from your real consumption rates; customer risk scores come from payment delays and ordering patterns. Transparent arithmetic on your numbers, not a black box — you can always see why.

What languages does Zed speak?

English today. Arabic is on the roadmap.
