Age Rating & Suitability
This page states the age suitability of the Zeymo mobile application, in line with Apple App Store and Google Play age-rating requirements and applicable age-assurance regulations.
Age rating
Zeymo is rated 4+ (suitable for all ages).
The Zeymo app is business software. It contains no objectionable material — no violence, mature or suggestive themes, profanity, gambling, or unrestricted access to the internet — and therefore carries Apple's lowest age rating, 4+. The equivalent Google Play content rating is likewise the general audience category.
Intended audience
Although the app carries an all-ages content rating, Zeymo is designed for business and professional use. It is an enterprise resource planning tool used by employees, managers, and administrators of the businesses that subscribe to Zeymo — for example to manage inventory, sales, fleet, HR, and accounting.
The app is not directed to children. Accounts are created and controlled by the subscribing business, and access is intended for its authorised staff. We do not knowingly market the app to, or knowingly collect personal information from, children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction).
Why the rating and the audience differ
Apple's and Google's content ratings describe the nature of the content within an app (whether it contains anything a younger user should be shielded from), not the market the app is sold to. Zeymo's content is entirely benign, so it earns a 4+ rating — while remaining, in practice, a tool for adults doing their jobs.
Data and privacy
Because the app is used in a business context, the data it handles is business data entered by authorised users. How personal data is collected and processed is described in our Privacy Policy. Use of the app is also subject to our Terms of Service.
